01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbage ("gbage", "we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern all use of the gbage website, mobile application, and any services provided through the gbage platform.

By accessing gbage, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on gbage, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use gbage.

These Terms apply alongside the gbage Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

gbage reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of gbage after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

02 Eligibility

To register and use gbage, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gbage does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing gbage from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gbage employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from gbage for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

gbage reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their gbage account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one gbage account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited on gbage. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts will be forfeited.

When registering on gbage, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. gbage may request updated documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbage account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. gbage support staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact gbage support immediately and change your password.

gbage accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your gbage account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

04 Deposits and Payments

gbage accepts deposits via Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket — the primary mobile financial services used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits on gbage must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gbage does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply on gbage and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. gbage reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Deposits on gbage are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your gbage account within 30 minutes, contact gbage support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits on gbage must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• gbage does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gbage account.
• gbage reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on gbage are processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals outside business hours may take longer but are typically completed within a few hours. gbage does not hold withdrawal requests without reason.

All withdrawals on gbage must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your gbage account. gbage will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request on gbage.
• gbage may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• If your gbage account has an active bonus, withdrawal may be restricted until the associated wagering requirement has been met.
• gbage reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security verification purposes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the most recent deposit on gbage, where possible.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

gbage offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses on gbage are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements on gbage bonuses specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a 500 BDT bonus means 5,000 BDT in qualifying bets must be placed on gbage before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Bonuses on gbage are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable once wagering is complete.
• Not all games on gbage contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses on gbage expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• gbage reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds if abuse is detected.
• Players may only claim each gbage bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

gbage does not apply retroactive changes to bonus terms after a player has activated an offer. The terms in place at the time of activation are the terms that apply for that bonus on gbage.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on gbage use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified by third-party auditors. gbage does not manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games on gbage are published and reflect the long-term statistical return of each game.

Each game on gbage has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet on gbage. gbage is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game session on gbage, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error on gbage, the correct result as recorded in the gbage server logs will apply.
• gbage reserves the right to suspend any game at any time for maintenance, updates, or investigation of a reported issue.
• Bets placed on gbage cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbage. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, false identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate a gbage account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting gbage bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on gbage, including live dealer games.
• Money Laundering: Using gbage to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with gbage without human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made on gbage without first contacting gbage support.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on gbage. Any winnings generated from a known error will be voided.

gbage monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited without appeal.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

gbage reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the player.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion on gbage.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the gbage responsible gaming programme.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring gbage to close the account.

If gbage closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If gbage closes your account for any other reason — such as a business decision unrelated to player conduct — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gbage support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed by gbage.

10 Responsible Gaming

gbage is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. gbage provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings and take effect immediately:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your gbage account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period on gbage.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which gbage will log you out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing on gbage.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from gbage. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

Game content available on gbage is licensed from third-party providers. All rights in those games remain with the respective providers. gbage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gbage platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbage's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the gbage platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

gbage is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical issues on gbage.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's gbage account due to the player sharing their credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of gbage.

gbage makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance on gbage will be communicated in advance where possible.

14 Changes to These Terms

gbage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, gbage will notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of gbage after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using gbage and contact support to close your account.
